We have had the privilege of acting as architect of record and principal consultant for the interiors, landscaping and exterior finishes on this incredible fit-out project designed by ARRCC, Cape Town. Our scope of work has included: preparation of working drawings for tender and construction (using ARRCC's design development drawings), overseeing the tender process, and construction monitoring and coordination of consultants, contractors and suppliers as principal consultant.
The interior design features a rich palette of natural textures and materials, including a variety of marbles, large format sintered stone tiles, oak and walnut wall cladding, engineered timber and travertine floors, and brass detailing.
