The client required a 5 bedroom home in the heart of Sandton. The brief included double volume living areas, a formal lounge and family lounge, a substantial kitchen and scullery, a study (potential 6th bedroom), en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms and study, a powder room for guests, a garage for 3 cars, 2 bedroom staff quarters, and a generous outdoor area including patio, pool and fire pit. The client preferred a light palette of whites and soft grey accents. The house was designed simultaneously with it's neighbour, House Andreou, and shares a similar language but maintains a unique identity.
