This 3 storey 5 bedroom home in the heart of Sandton was designed simultaneously with it's neighbour, House Michael, with a similar brief including double volume living areas, a formal lounge and family lounge, an open plankitchen and scullery, a study (potential 6th bedroom), en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms and study, a powder room for guests, a garage for 3 cars, 2 bedroom staff quarters, and a generous outdoor area including patio, pool and fire pit. In addition, a roof top living area including lounge, bar and gym, with access to roof terraces, was also included. The client opted for a palette of whites and charcoal accents, standing in contrast with it's neighbour. Completion is expected late 2024, with update photographs soon to follow.
